File comment: 620 or so CD cases were painted with Tanglefoot insect trapping glue in the "Dirt lab" at the University of Tasmania Geography School. These sticky traps are easily transportable and capture insects landing on the tree. Robert Junker is busy melting holes in the CD cases with a soldering iron. These holes are used to nail the trap into different locations in the treetops.
